Well... Its been a while since we have put anything up on the blog so i figure ... its about time!!! We have been pretty busy for the last month adjusting to life with a baby. It has been so much fun. Justin and I both love being parents and think we got pretty lucky with our little guy. We are all doing fantastic!

Cooper!

This is Cooper. We are SO glad he is finally here and healthy! He was born Thursday and weighed exactly 7 pounds. He is 20 inches long. We love him SOOOO much! Sorry for the fuzzy camera phone pic (we will get some good ones soon)

NOTICE OF EVICTION!

DEAR COOPER

I am issuing 30 day notice for EVICTION. Tenant will have 30 days in which he can either gather his belongings and promptly vacate the premises, or wait until the final day. After which, he will be physically removed from the property.

He's being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the FRONT of the house, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the house were also made!

Remodeling and gutting of the home was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. And due to property damage, there are now leaks in both the upper AND lower levels of the home. On top of which, the landlord has received numerous complaints about nightly disturbances.

After 30 days from this day that he doesn’t comply with the notice will result in immediate and forceful removal at my discretion.

29 weeks!

This is my belly! I am now 29 weeks along and really happy i only have about ten weeks left of being pregnant. We are doing good here.... we are still living with my parents because the house we thought for sure that we could close on fell through at the last minute... so we are back to the start of the process again! We bought a new car a couple of weeks ago so that is kind of exciting. We had a great thanksgiving and have been really busy. That is about all thats going on with us right now. Hopefully something more exciting will happen soon lol.

OUr Boy puppy is now $350..... He would make a great christmas present!!!!

So yesterday was a little scary! I have been in alot of pain in my lower stomach so yesterday afternoon i decided i would call my Dr to see if it was all normal. I called and left a message with the receptionist, A nurse called me back, asked me some questions and than told me that she thought i was in labor and to hurry to the hospital. SO i did that. They ran a bunch of test and monitered the baby and i for about four hours and than released me. They decided my pain is just my ligament are not wanting to stretch around the growing baby. Good news is... I was NOT in labor at all :-) Baby and Me are both doing just fine!
